In the village, in the middle of the Rhön.
Our two holiday apartments are on Rathausplatz in Wildflecken — not on the edge of the village and not on a farm outside it. The bakery, the supermarket and several restaurants are within walking distance, so the car can stay where it is. Free of charge, right at the house, on our own property.
Both apartments have 70 square metres, two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Room for up to four guests. That is the difference from a hotel room: you cook when you feel like it, you can do laundry in the house, and nobody tidies past you at ten in the morning.
What is nearby
The Kreuzberg with its monastery is barely fifteen minutes away, the Schwarzes Moor and the Wasserkuppe a good thirty. Bad Brückenau with its spa is about twenty minutes. Hiking trails start in the village, not after a drive.
Why booking direct costs less
